目的：总结预防经口咽入路手术后感染的体会。方法：回顾分析50例口咽入路寰枢椎手术治疗的难复发性寰攀椎脱位患者预防术后感染的具体措施和经验，结果：本组50例口咽入路手术后无1例感染发生。结论：只要措施得力，经口咽入路手术的术后感染完全可以预防。
