  目的：探讨三维ＣＴ重建在评估胸腰椎骨折中的临床应用价值。方法：对１４例胸腰椎骨折患者行Ｘ线片、ＣＴ扫描和三维ＣＴ重建检查，评估胸腰椎骨折脱位的程度，拟定治疗方案。结果：１４例胸腰椎骨折Ｘ线片、ＣＴ扫描和三维ＣＴ重建诊断的创伤量分别为２９、４９和５０。其中１３例采取手术治疗。结论：三维ＣＴ重建能多角度立体显示椎体及附件的骨折，显示小关节水平方向的移位；能立体定位椎管内的碎骨块，显示继发性椎管狭窄的程度，指导术者对胸腰椎骨折准确分型，术中良好复位，解除骨块对脊髓的压迫，取得良好疗效
