  对86例经过手术治疗的颈椎间盘突出症患者的MRI表现进行了分析，并提出了分型。根据T1加权像结合横断面分为中央型及后外侧型突出；根据T1加权像结合矢状面分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型突出。并就分型与临床的关系，特别是对手术治疗的指导意义进行了阐述。
