１９９２年６月～１９９３年６月对１００例临床诊断腰椎间盘突出的患者进行下肢常规（胫后神经）皮层体感诱发电位（ＣＳＥＰ）检查，同时进行Ｌ_５、Ｓ_１皮节刺激节段性体感诱发电位（ＤＳＥＰ）检查，发现ＤＳＥＰ可提高常规胫后神经ＣＳＥＰ诊断的敏感性及准确性，防止其局限性，为临床诊断提供更可靠依据。
