  根据Ｍａｇｅｒｌ脊柱外固定支架原理，作者设计了一种新型经椎弓根外固定器（简称ＴＰＥＦ）。该器械由４枚经椎弓根螺钉和体外配件组成。与经椎弓根内固定的生物力学测试比较，显示ＴＰＥＦ设计合理、固定坚强、可早期活动，不需要再次手术。

  A new type of transpedicular external fixation(TPEF) has been designed according to the Magerl's principle of external spinal skeletal fixation(ESSF). The TPEF device consists of four transpedicular screws and external frame. Biomechanical studies compare
