  通过４１１例正常人颈椎侧位Ｘ线片椎管矢状径的测量，得出了颈椎管矢状径的正常值及其范围，并通过统计学处理对颈椎管矢状径与性别、年龄和身高的关系进行了分析，为发育性颈椎管狭窄的诊断提供了理论依据。

  The normal value and tile range of cervical spinal canal sagittal diameter was obtained by means of measuring the lateral films from 411 normal subjects. Statistical analysis on tile relations of sagittal diameter to sex, age and eight were carried out.
