  通过一组４１１例正常人颈椎Ｘ线侧位片的测量，得出了颈椎管矢状径与椎体矢状经比值的正常值，并通过与１２１例脊髓型颈椎病病人Ｘ线片的对比分析，论证了矢状径比值在发育性颈椎管狭窄诊断上的应用价值。

  Cervical spinal lateral radiograms of 411 healthy subjects were measured. The ratio value of cervical canal sagittal diameter-vertebral body were analysed. The range of normal value of ratio value were obtained. Correlation analysis between sagittal diame
