胸腰段减压术对脊柱稳定性的影响

采用生物力学方法研究各种减压术对胸腰段脊柱稳定性的影响。结果表明：椎板减压术组抗弯强度降低最明显，约为对照组的１／３，屈伸活动则增加１倍；侧前方减压术使屈曲状态下水平位移及旋转角均增加，而抗压及抗弯强度降低；侧方减压术使水平位移及旋转角明显增加并使抗压强度降低最明显。实验结果提示各种减压木有引起胸腰段脊柱失稳的趋势，临床应认真选择减压水井采用适当措施重建胸腰段脊柱稳定。
