| 【摘要】 目的：观察大鼠马尾受压后腰骶部脊髓中P75神经营养因子受体（Ｐ75 neurotrophic receptor，Ｐ75NTR）的表达，探讨P75NTR与前角神经元凋亡的关系。方法：48只雌性成年ＳＤ大鼠，随机分为正常组（n=6）、对照组（n=6）和实验组（n=36），正常组不作任何处理，对照组行假手术，实验组在L4平面置入半圆柱体硅胶棒，占椎管截面积约75%~80%，造成马尾急性受压。实验组分别于造模后1d、3d、5d、7d、14d、28d时取L4压迫节段近端脊髓组织（L2水平脊髓），正常组和对 |
