| 目的：研究颈动脉鞘和椎前筋膜的解剖关系，提高颈椎前路手术中对颈总动脉的安全性。方法：取福尔马林同定的教学用成人尸体标本22具，新鲜尸体6具，显露颈动脉鞘和椎前筋膜，观察椎前筋膜的层次、质地、向两侧的移行及其和颈动脉鞘的关系。结果：椎前筋膜浅层厚且致密，向椎体外侧直接延续移行到颈总动脉、颈内静脉前方．构成颈动脉鞘的前壁、内及外侧壁，在保持椎前筋膜浅层完整性的条件下，内外移动颈动脉鞘的活动度受到明显限制。结论：椎前筋膜是颈动脉鞘的主要组成部分，使颈动脉鞘相对固定．在颈椎前路手术中应避免用力牵拉。 |
