  目的:测试小牛颈椎椎体次全切除不同内置物重建后标本的极限力学性能。方法:32具小牛颈椎标本随机分成颈前路可调式融合固定器组(AC-AFF)、钢板髂骨组(AI)、钢板钛网组(AT)及对照组(未行手术组),测量每组标本的最大载荷和最大位移。结果:正常小牛颈椎标本的极限载荷最高为(1182±12.24)N,AI组的承载能力最差为(973±9.02)N;AC-AFF组极限载荷为(1060±11.40)N,高于AT组与AI组(P<0.01)。4组间的极限位移间无显著性差异(P>0.05)结论:AC-AFF对抗破坏载荷的能力强于前路钢板。
