  目的:观察末位腰椎部分横突切除术治疗Bertolotti's综合征的疗效。方法:回顾分析11例单侧Bertolotti's综合征患者(Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型)的临床表现、影像学特征,根据术后患者疼痛和功能状况及X线检查等评价部分横突切除术的治疗效果。结果:11例患者随访6个月~4年(平均2年8个月),术后下腰痛症状消失,恢复正常生活,X线复查无继发性改变,疗效满意。结论:部分横突切除术治疗Bertolotti's综合征是一种有效的治疗方法,特别适于Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型患者。
