  目的:研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth facfor,bFGF)对体外培养脊髓神经元的作用。方法:取E14大鼠脊髓神经组织,进行体外原代培养,分别加和不同浓度的bFGF。在相差显微镜下观察细胞生长发育情况,并测定其细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性。实验结果用t检验分析。结果:bFGF处理组神经元密度明显高于对照组,神经元胞体大而饱满,突起较长。细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶活性较高,培养20d后神经元存活的数量也明显高于对照组。结论:bFGF能促进脊髓神经元在体外培养早期的存活,增加神经元的胞体直径和突起长度,增强神经元细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性,并能延缓体外培养脊髓神经元的衰老。
