| 目的：探讨手术对颈性眩晕的治疗机制。方法：对２３例以眩晕为主要症状的颈椎病患者进行了手术治疗，２１例行前路减压、植骨融合术，２例行后路双开门减压术。结果：术后１９例眩晕消失，优良率达８３％，４例症状减轻，好转率１７％。结论：颈性眩晕大多不是由单一的椎动脉受压所致，解除颈髓的致压因素，恢复颈椎周围韧带的张力，稳定受累椎体，对治疗此类型颈椎病是非常重要的。 |
