  根据Magerl脊柱外固定支架原理,作者设计了一种新型经椎弓根外固定器(简称TPEF)。该器械由4枚经椎弓根螺钉和体外配件组成。与经椎弓根内固定的生物力学测试比较,显示TPEF设计合理、固定坚强、可早期活动,不需要再次手术。
