  报告胸椎黄韧带骨化所致椎管狭窄症并手术２１例。临床表现多为椎管狭窄引起的胸髓压迫症，其影像学检查具特征性表现，故可对黄韧带骨化进行早期诊断。椎板切除减压术范围应充分，包括切除部分小关节以及骨化灶上下各一椎节的椎板。随访１８例，平均随访时间２３个月，优良率６６．７％，有效率７７．８％。
