  将碎化的自体坐骨神经植入大鼠的半横断损伤脊髓内,用辣根过氧化物酶逆行示踪技术及组织学方法,检查了移植术后脊髓的再生能力。结果表明,自体坐骨神经脊髓内移植能明显增加损伤脊髓的再生,而且移植的神经组织与脊髓相互融合,并形成新的纤维性连接。
