| 自１９８５年６月～１９９１年１０月对４９例腰椎滑脱伴有神经症状者进行了手术治疗。对２８例腰椎滑脱小于２５％者，给予椎管、根管扩大减压后行棘突间“Ｈ”型植骨和横突间植骨融合术。２１例滑脱大于２５％者，除采用扩大性减压外，同时行Ｓｔｅｆｆｅｅ槽式钢板复位内固定加横突间植骨融合术。经过３年６个月随访。优良率为８５．６％，有效率９５．８％。作者对外科治疗的选择作了讨论。 |
