  自行设计的一种可调式脊柱前路固定器,以粗大螺纹钉置入椎体和坚强螺棒作支柱,结构简单稳固,易于操作。生物力学测试表明,新固定器抗压平均屈服强度为1.67KN,轴向抗扭平均屈服强度为8.7Nm。并与其他4种短节段脊柱固定器在新鲜冷冻人体腰椎制成的前中柱损伤模型上进行比较研究。实验表明:(1)对于脊柱前中柱损伤,前路固定器更有利于重建其稳定性。(2)综合比较,新固定器在各个方向稳定性均较好,不失为一种较好的可供选用的脊柱前路固定器。
